The Utility Tunnels can be a pretty frustrating encounter if you don't know how the endoskeletons work, so before we proceed ahead, it's worth understanding the rule base these nightmarish machines operate on. With that in your inventory, head back to the shutter and log your progress at the save spot to the left. Once you're out the other side, move towards the shutter ahead and grab the bag just in front of the chainlink fence to the right of you. A tiny Music Man will appear behind you and chase you to the end of the tunnel. Head into the vent on the lefthand side of the corridor and be prepared to crouch-sprint. If you're quick, you should be able to progress without being grabbed. The best idea is to lead them away from the area you need to access, loop around them and sprint back as fast as you can. Bait it to the end of the corridor and loop around it before pressing on.Ī good tip for dealing with endoskeletons is that Gregory runs faster than them. This first endoskeleton will be on its own. When Gregory looks away, they'll be able to move freely and they're much faster than you think, meaning you have to make sure you know where they are at all times and use the environment against them. Much like Doctor Who's Weeping Angels or SCP: Containment Breach's SCP 173, the trick to managing endoskeletons is to keep your eyes fixed on them. Here, you'll come face to face with a brand new enemy type: the endoskeleton. Recharge your flashlight at the charging station ahead if needed and then make your way through the shutter on the righthand side of the room. Log your progress and proceed to the next area. Head to the left of the door leading to the elevator you came down earlier and you'll find a shutter with a save spot beside it. Don't worry, his jumpscare won't spawn animatronics behind you. He'll grab you and present you with a map of the Utility Hallway, before allowing you to proceed on as planned. Head away from the double doors to Parts and Services and you'll come face to face with an intense friend from earlier: the map bot. To do that, you'll have to venture through the Utility Tunnels. After leaving the charging station, your quest will be to track down Freddy inside Parts and Services.
